We choose venue #4, its reasonably priced and the location is great!
the place is big enough.
comes with rehearsal and set-up time night before.
looks nice
includes many things (workers, lights, sound system, table, chairs for FREE)

all we need to get is:
chair covers (white)
minimal decorations
catering

Cons: too small, no space.

Pros: REALLY good location, close to public transportation, safe neighborhood.

lots of things included (sound system, table, chairs, linens, dressing rooms, kitchen, lights)

comes with set-up night before AND rehearsal night.

included TV for slideshow

included backdrop and stage area for altar.

large area, but good price 

we can have our own catering.

Cons: parking (additional $$) is 1 block away, darker space but its OK because we can light it up.

too dark, space is too small.

doesn't look like a good "wedding" spot.
